Jane Verity is coming to Nelson: 7th - 9th October!

AGM will also be held during this time.

As you will all aware by now, the Conference in Christchurch has been cancelled. Many of you will have booked airfares prior to the cancellation. We have been in touch with both Air NZ and Jetstar who have been sympathetic to this problem. They have both indicated that they will look at options for members who have airfares they cannot use. There are letters for both Air NZ and Jetstar from the Society which can be used to help this process. They are available through these links below:

Jetstar have asked that the details be faxed to 03 927 77907 and they will look at vouchers that can be used for travel at other times.

The good news is that Nelson is putting together a conference in October, including a full day with Jane Verity. She was very popular at the conference in Auckland and many members expressed the wish to hear more. The AGM will be held at this time. This is outside the timeframe allowed in the Constitution, but given the extenuating circumstances I am sure you will all accept this.

Dates for Conference are October 7th - 9th but you will need to get in either on the 6th or very early on 7th as Jane Verity will be presenting all day. The Nelson team is working hard to make this a good conference so please support their efforts.
