Our women's workshop is probably the most intense, comprehensive, enjoyable & hands-on self-defence syllabus in New Zealand & Australia.

The workshop is rated R13 so only those aged 13 and above can attend due to the content taught. There are a limited amount of spaces available so book early. Please note that this is a two-day workshop.

We know that not everyone can manage the full two days due to work, studies or family commitments, so if you wish to attend then we recommend coming along on the Sunday. Ticket purchases cover you for both a single day or two-day attendance.
