My name is Kristine Estillore, and I have had the privilege of serving as Secretary for the New Zealand Society of Diversional and Recreational Therapists Inc. Over the past year, I have supported the Society through governance, member communications, and the many behind-the-scenes activities that help keep NZSDRT running effectively.

Serving on the Executive Board has given me the opportunity to work alongside dedicated volunteers and leaders who are passionate about strengthening our profession. I have enjoyed connecting with members across Aotearoa, supporting Society initiatives, and contributing to projects that promote good governance, professional collaboration, and sustainable growth.

Outside of my Society role, I value maintaining balance through family, music, and personal wellbeing, believing that caring for ourselves enables us to better support others.

If elected Treasurer, I look forward to applying my organisational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to responsible stewardship to help ensure the Society remains financially strong while continuing to support the growth of our members and the profession.
