Having been a Director of Recreation Therapy and Team Lead in both Physical Rehabilitation hospital and community settings and later a Coordinator and Senior Instructor of Bachelor of Therapeutic Recreation degree - I now focus on 1-1 and group classes that are person-centred, co-designed, and evidence-based: Modalities include Community Integration, Aquatic Therapy, and Qigong & Taiji. I help clients develop skills, build confidence, and find meaning and joy.
