With a background in nursing and over 10 years’ experience in aged care, I discovered my passion for Diversional and Recreational Therapy and its ability to enhance wellbeing and quality of life. As a Life Enhancement Manager and registered DRT, I apply a holistic, person-centred approach to create meaningful opportunities that promote dignity, connection, purpose, and belonging, while supporting residents, families and whānau, and mentoring staff and volunteers.
