Passionate about aged care, I lead Dementia Services, Volunteer Services, and the Selwyn Village Diversional Therapy Team, providing leadership, training, and education. I collaborate with healthcare and community organisations to promote person-centred care and enhance the wellbeing and quality of life of older adults.
